Shaping ideas.
More and more often we are called to develop a product that gives tangible form to the vision of an artist or a designer. We start from a sketch, from a drawing made by hand, and we study a solution that meets specific requirements: respect for artistic/design drive and goals, ease of use on site, aesthetics of the result.
Arbloc proposes itself as a partner that supports the designer in the development of the concept.
The search for innovation and the use of new technologies make it possible to transform the idea into a feasible project.
Transforming a drawing into a solid form requires the use of advanced knowledge in three-dimensional design, craftsmanship associated with careful research and experimentation of materials, the use of 5-axis cutters, and technical support in the construction phase.
The processing of materials such as high-density expanded polystyrene, extruded polystyrene, polyurethane, and wood, adapt to multiple design needs. The material chosen, modeled, and coated with resins can give life to the product itself, the model, the prototype, or a formwork for a concrete casting.
