Fusta is a collection born from the desire to explore the balance between the warmth of Mid-Century style and the sobriety of Scandinavian design, resulting in a serene, refined, and essential ensemble.
The pieces that make up Fusta are defined by an organic, enveloping structure sculpted from solid teak wood. Its sinuous, continuous lines flow naturally, creating a light and harmonious silhouette that blends effortlessly with its surroundings. The wood, crafted with artisanal precision, takes center stage—both for its materiality and its ability to evoke tactile and visual sensations.
The project is completed with cushions designed to offer a comfortable user experience without compromising the lightness of the whole. Each element has been conceived to integrate naturally into a variety of outdoor settings, while always maintaining a coherent and recognizable identity.
Fusta reflects a design philosophy where form, function, and emotion coexist in balance. The result is a collection that goes beyond aesthetics, embracing a way of inhabiting the outdoors grounded in calm, well-being, and connection with natural materials.
With Fusta, Vondom introduces for the first time a collection made entirely of teak, in collaboration with Ramón Esteve—broadening its formal universe toward a more organic and timeless sensibility, without renouncing innovation in outdoor furniture design.
