The Two Seat Sofa from Stephen Kenn's Inheritance Collection brings 3 elements together: a steel welded frame, replica Swiss military belts, and soft upholstered cushions. Since first designing the Inheritance Collection, Stephen Kenn has been inspired by the inherent history in vintage military-issue materials. Each piece of vintage olive green military canvas repurposed into upholstery is distinctive and bears unique markings from its long history of use. The collection was conceived from a place of curiosity, which led to taking apart vintage furniture to learn how it was made. These designs are a study in simplicity, and they expose craftsmanship and beauty in every element. This collection is made to order in Los Angeles, California by a small and passionate team with an array of customizable frame, upholstery, and belt finishes.
