In my smallest design atelier, I created a program called "Invited Artists". The objective of this program is to invite an artist that I love or respect to co-design a very unique art-piece furniture. Since 2012 I invited over 6 korean artists (architects, athlete, singer and jewelry designer) and hopefully from this year, I will try to invite foreign artists from the world to share our own philosophy and ideas through our co-designed master piece. The first Invited Artist of 2014 was a beautiful jewelry designer of JEM&PEBBLES, a very famous brand in korea, who FYI is also my fiancée, we had an idea to co-create a make-up table for women who has a lot of jewels and make-up products. As it was my very first furniture targeting only women, this cooperation helped me to understand more about women's complicated but practical world. "Simplicity & Timeless Design" was our key words. There are 2 types: Vintage grey painting with gold tips and Black with silver tips.
