The Merwede is a Manganese Variegated brick from the Rivers collection, made from high-iron-content river clay sourced from Dutch floodplains. After firing, it displays a brown, variegated base with shades ranging from loamy brown to grayish brown with blue-black nuances. Produced in the traditional Waal format using the water-struck method, it has a smooth, unsanded surface.
