The new trend is to furnish with lightness, favoring simplicity. It is the new minimal style, which does not have to be mistaken with an empty and impersonal room, but as a new way to furnish with order, elegance and comfort. These are all the features that identify the Calligaris sofas. In this contest enters the Mies sofa program, designed by Stefano Cavazzana, which takes its name from Mies van der Rohe, the architect who designed the Barcelona Daybed with the roll headrest pillow. The MIES sofa takes inspiration from the characteristic roll pillow to develop a number of elements that go from the linear sofa to the chaise and, obviously, to the daybed, it all creates a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere together with the refined Italian style concept. A new upholstery line with an aesthetic sense of beauty without showing off, recognizable from the clever and wise choice of materials, the research of details, like the dark buckle and feet, and the fine finishes that complete the style.
