Roblon Lighting has launched LED light generators for their collection of fibre optics fittings, which are exclusively available in the UK from Light Projects. These LED options can offer the same light output as traditional light sources but for 75% less consumption. This makes them a perfect choice for new and retrofit installations where energy-efficient light sources are required together with long lamp life (35,000-50,000 hours). They are also ideal for locations where the preference is for totally silent operation or where little or no heat is generated.
Offered as a genuine alternative to halogen generators, the LED option provides more high quality light for less space, less energy and fewer operating costs. They are available in two ranges - the compact FL500 series for severely restricted spaces and the FL1000 Series which is more powerful and uses the Synjet fan system.
Both ranges are available in warm white 3,000K with CRI8 85 making them a popular choice for such applications as decorative lighting, museums, display cases, niches, starry skies effects and saunas.
