The Shell collection handsomely blends clean, modern lines and a plush, dense seating experience. The signature wood shell wraps the chair in exposed wood veneers and contrasts nicely with the deep and comfortable cushions. The entire collection is suitable for both the home and in public spaces. The Shell Arm Chair, with its low back and deep seat, maintains a modern style while giving it a very comfortable and relaxed feel. The oversized reinforced arms are wide enough to act as a side table or the perfect place to set up a laptop or tablet. The Shell2 Arm Chair offers a higher backrest for a slightly different style and feel. All of the cushions, including the arms, are removable from the wood frame and reversible. The cushions are made from varying densities of high grade foam. The arms and sides of the frame are constructed with exposed molded plywood and re-enforced internally, creating a very strong and sturdy frame. The frame is supported on a solid oak base with light or dark stained finish. Both versions from the collection are offered as arm chairs or sofas. All sizes are available in five natural and stained finish options along with a variety of fabric choices for the upholstery. Each piece is handcrafted in Canada.
