Solid formed wire is .091″ diameter [Ø2.3] with a bright finish. Hook roller rings can fit straight, curved or custom shower rods, and it has a formed retainer to hold free end closed and accommodates 1″ Dia. [Ø25] to 1-1/4″ Dia. [Ø32] curtain rods.

SHOWER CURTAIN ROD, CURVED W/ MOUNTING BRACKETS, 1” DIA – VARIOUS LENGTHS – MATTE BLACK
Fabricated of alloy 18-8 stainless steel, type 304. Tubing is 18 gauge, 1″ OD (Ø25) with a Matte Black Powder Coated finish. Length suitable for a 60″ wide enclosure either on opposite walls or across the face opening depending upon rod length chosen. Flanges are fabricated of heavy-duty rust proof Zamak 3 with a Matte Black Powder Coated finish. Flanges include two (2) countersunk 15/64″ diameter (Ø6) holes to accept No 10 (M5) flat or oval head screws (by others).
Outwards bow of installed curved rod provides additional 8-1/4″ (210) of shoulder room at mid-point of enclosure beyond what a similarly placed straight rod affords. A complete instruction manual is provided with each unit.

Flanges fabricated of 20ga. stainless steel with a satin finish. Flanges have (3) countersunk 13/64″ (5.2mm) dia. holes to accept #10 flat or oval head screws furnished by others.
Rod is installed in straight section between two (2) mounting flanges. Rods longer than 72′′ (1829mm) require ceiling hanger Model No 1204-C18.
For use with standard shower curtain model No ’s 1200 or 1200-V having 72′′ (1829mm) length and standard hooks Model No 1200-SHU unit should be installed with rod centerline 74-1/2′′ (1892mm) AFF or 67′′ (1702mm) above tub rim to obtain 6′′ (152mm) bottom overlap.

Select length in inches (i.e. 048, 060, 120) to create Part Spec Order Number (i.e. 1204- 060). NOTE: 36″ and 60″ rods are part of our Never Out program.
