The Snow Cabin offers to its customers a real winter landscape, with white, smooth and natural snow, and allows to recreate the practice in use in the Nordic countries of cooling down the body with fresh snow after a sauna or a steam bath treatment.
In medical terms, the cooling of the body through the snow is considered very healthy for the cardio-circulatory system. It is also a pleasant practice, since the temperature change is not felt immediately and the cooling down is less invasive that an immersion in freezing water.
The snow is exclusively produced in the cabin using fresh drinking water coming from the common water system, without any use of additives. It is controlled and regulated by a computerized system.
The snow cabin is completed by a 16° C conditioned temperature anteroom, to limit as much as possible the entrance of hot air coming from the outside. Structure of the anteroom cabin and the snow cabin: The walls and the roof are made with special insulation panels 8 cm thick in EPS, framed by specific extrusions and treated in order to be used for different kinds of internal coating.
