The research of Taste starts from the interest of Gardenia Orchidea in one of the most famous and traditional products of our territory: the balsamic vinegar and its lasting and strict connection with the wood, the only material that could enhance it. The aspect of the barrels used is the proof of the unique melting between these two elements. A new material takes life as a result of the interaction of the substances, such as wood, iron and cork involved in the ageing process of the balsamic vinegar. Not just wood, but sedimentation and contamination. The collection consist of 5 colors- Pece Ruggine Juta Cotone Cenere – available in two sizes 20x120 and 30x120 cm and completed by two different types of mosaic.
