TRAVERSE

Designer Mathias Deferm has been inspired by the traditional English gateleg folding table and created this striking new interpretation of the idea. It’s a cool and convenient piece of furniture. Half open, it works perfectly as a table for two. At full size, it impressively caters for six guests.
The support stays slide smoothly and are discreetly hidden in the central part of the frame when folded. Closing both sides of the Traverse table reveals another benefit: when folded, it’s incredibly slim and therefore easy to store.
The Traverse also has two siblings. These1 are the smaller brothers, with a distinct folding frame, and a square or round top. Ideal for smaller terraces. Again there is an array of colours and materials to make that perfect fit.
