Voltage optimisation is an important technology in the UK as most electrical appliances are rated at 220V but the average voltage supplied by the national grid is 242V, so in most cases premises are supplied with a higher voltage than is needed.

VO4HOME will be launching a more efficient, slimmer and compact 60Amp single phase unit which will be unveiled at Ecobuild 2013. The advantages of the new unit include an increased range of settings, now allowing for 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 Amps as well as being less bulky.
