Designed by Nao Tamura, Vosco is a portable table lamp inspired by the simple, functional forms of traditional hand tools. Its tapered wooden body is made in maple or walnut, using short-length and knotty timber that would otherwise be less suitable for furniture production.
A newly developed Fresnel lens produces a soft, uniform light while keeping the LED source out of view and reducing glare. Four dimming levels range from a warm 1700K glow to 2400K, with battery life of up to 180 hours at the lowest setting. Vosco is available in three heights and is rated IP66 equivalent for portable use indoors and outdoors.
