1-91 House

The owner of this 20 year-old house with a renovation projecting mind. Interior space was divided into several rooms and partition making it cramped and discomfort for a living room. In order to adjust available space and feeling, we connected central part of the house together. The wall was demolished creating more space. Built in items were removed entirely on the first floor. We re-leveled The floor into same level creating seamless transition within whole floor.  the structure was covered with curved frame creating cozy vibe. On the outside, curved frame will be a cover for the curtain. We creating more space on the wall for more items in the future.  we designed diagonal mockup beamline connecting with the expansion in the frontal room.  We kept the staircase but refinishing and repainting (Dark grey).

Most of the renovation on the second floor we improved all the built in and removed wasteful part and did repainting. An old unused bedroom was removed by demolishing the floor connecting to the ground floor creating double space. On the other side the facade were adjusted by available space inside.  Window case was redesigned into curved frame connecting window from two different floor.  Indoor garage was moved outside blending with the main structure as hardscape. The wall was extended into plant pot and solid wall fences.
