Belgrade’s “100” nightclub is located in the old building of the former customs office in the Savamalaneighbourhood which is famous for being one of the nightlife centers of the capital. The interior was conceived to completely deny the context and create an illusion of time and space.
The main element is the light installation in the walls below the old arches. It creates an illusion of a space taken over by the greenery. The choice of materials such as glass, mirrors and brass, emphasize this illusion of a space that has no clear border with their reflections. The interior is filled with elements and furniture pieces which the studio designed especially for this space, as well as repaired mid-century vintage furniture.
