We were interested in the double quality "visible-invisible" of the building regarding the city. The presence of eight floors can be seen from the Pamplona Avenue and the absence is on the back side, which is hidden between dividing walls and only appears toward the small back street. The basic idea was create a continuous weave between the front and back side to obtain a unitary intervention. This weave was made by different cells and the final organization of the flats was composed by repetitions and superpositions. Most of these cells had two free heights that filled the taller piece, which were organized with variations and unions. It dissolved the general volumetric towards the four allowed floors in the back side.
The divisions and variations of the cell-flats created the colour pattern of the facade.
