Guillaume Da Silva Architectures as Architects

Guillaume Da Silva has been chosen to create interior spaces for the offices and the company restaurant  for the new premises(Carré construction) of the company 3e CONCEPT.

The organisation stands inside a passive energy building designed by Bertrand Wibaux (famous Architecte from Roubaix)

According to the project manager, a project is all about meeting new people and about a dynamic team towards creation..

This adventure was a complete success between all the actors : architect, builing company, clients ,landscape architects. Each member has done his best to reach the same target.

The sensitivity and involvement of the client with the environment has lead the team to come up with a soft building. (4 times less energy consuming than a building RT12).

By his management foresight based on the well-being of his 50 employees, Guillaume Leymoinerie has asked the interior designer guillaume Da Silva to create open spaces with light in order to encourage meaningful exchange, confort and intimicy.

The principles of Feng Shui have been applied in order to guarantee the well being of the occupants.

The restaurant which is a meeting spot between employees and production staff has been laid out with great attention. A full equiped extra large kitchen allows the patrons of the restaurant to enjoy healthy meals at midday, free service coffee for the coffee breaks at 10:00 AM. A winning gamble since the workers appreciate the calm and serein atmosphere as can be seen from the radiant smiles on their faces.
