The design plot of the hotel complex is situated in the eastern part of the resort Sunny Beach. In compositional terms, the building is entirely subordinated to the central axis connecting the visual entrance to the hotel and the sea.The pool and outdoor bar area is designed at the outlet to the beach.

The hotel is developed in 10 floors - ground floor, installation floor and 8 residential levels. The volume of the building is terraced by the progressive retraction of the floors, which allows the realization of large terraces, revealing terrific views to the sea. Reception area official with reception and lobby bar, commercial, administrative services, food and sports are eveloped on the ground level.

Catering includes a restaurant with two separate halls (80 and 100 person) with the possibility of merging, fish barbecue restaurant (60 person) and a small shop with 60 seats open terasa. Each restaurant has its own kitchen. Sports area consists of a gym, massage rooms, jet, sauna, solarium. Communication is bound by the outdoor pool and two tennis courts. The residential floors offer 10 rooms with one bed, 120 double rooms, 14 one bedroom apartments and 7 large suits. The hotel has parking for 60 cars and 2 buses.
