Allot Offices

T+R studio as Architects

T+R studio completed the offices design for Allot, a multinational network security provider, located in Hod Hasharon, Israel.

Allot, a global provider of leading innovative network intelligence and security solutions for service providers and enterprises worldwide, asked T+R Studio designers to plan a new work space for their R&D department. The company’s management wanted to create a dynamic work environment that conveys a sense of flow and transparency, instead of their old-fashioned dark and not very inviting offices.

T+R Studio already designed two floors for Allot in this challenging building, which has a curved wall. After they brainstormed with Allot management, T+R Studio designed the space with one main objective in mind: to reflect the DNA and values of Allot as well as the company’s needs.

The design planning was performed by T+R Studio together with Allot management, a process that took nearly six months. Together, we took this innovative design a step further and exceeded all expectations. A vision and a philosophy translated into a new 1800sqm R&D floor.

The welcoming entrance to the floor creates a calming and tranquil atmosphere. Starting with the central hub of the office, harmony is felt through colors and textures, as employees travel between workstations, meeting rooms, and impromptu huddle spaces.

Thoughtful planning led to a flexible, open-air scheme, which allows for easy growth and encourages collaboration. To create an easygoing feeling of flow, T+R Studio designed unique types of cubicles, workstations, informal and formal meeting spaces, and variation of different meeting-points: coffee bars, boot-niches and soft seating areas to add functionality and maximize the available space in an aesthetic manner.

We designed decorative acoustic partitions that combine fabric and wood with decorative succulents. The partitions are inspired by the colors and the shape of Allot logo. Their light look adds a pleasant warmth to the style and atmosphere.

The layout enables an open view across the entire office. The openwork with the glass walls structure ensures that light permeates the room freely. As a result, there is a feeling of spaciousness, and the ambient external light reaches the corners and openings of the office.

The unconventional design satisfies diverse tastes in a welcoming office environment. It successfully blends coziness and creativity, and promotes productivity in an environment of relaxed formality.
