HARMONY. MARCO SETTE ARCHITECTURE studio led the renovation of the Alperia headquarters in the historic Dodiciville district in Bolzano. Seamlessly blending transparency and reflection, the design is the epitome of sustainability and eco-friendly practices through material and spatial choices. The grandeur of the eleven-meter-high glass facade, with a single-piece seven-meter-high triple glass entrance, reflects the environmental commitment of the company. Inside, the modern design harmonises with the surroundings, by using local wood and stones, graphic elements like forest prints and relief sculptures in the bathroom. Cutting-edge electrical systems and "SMART" solutions ensure a dynamic and sustainable work environment, aligning with company sustainability goals and showcasing architectural innovation towards an environmentally conscious future.
