The search for balance between modernity and comfort guided architects Nicolle Nogueira and Katherine Heim Weber in the execution of this project developed for a couple who is always looking for the latest trends and news. With a modern lifestyle, they value spaces with comfort and warmth, reflecting a dynamic and well-being essence.
The inspiration for the project initially came from the detailed requests in the briefing, which highlighted the importance of creating an environment that conveys tranquility and lightness. From that point on, elements were incorporated that added small touches of art and details in black, to insert a feeling of grandeur and sophistication, creating a contrast with the serene atmosphere. This harmonious combination of elements resulted in a unique and welcoming environment.

The starting point of the project was the decision to open the walls to integrate the living room and kitchen, aiming to make the apartment wider and more fluid. This decision promoted a feeling of unity and connection between the environments, making coexistence more dynamic and pleasant. The integration provided greater circulation of light and air, creating an airy and inviting atmosphere throughout the space, reflecting not only an aesthetic concern, but also a functional one, as it allows better use and more flexible adaptation to everyday needs.
The renovation reconfigured the layout and the intervention covered structural aspects, including updating the electrical and hydraulic part, which allowed for a more efficient distribution of light points and sockets, offering functionality and ensuring safety for everyday demands. It gained new life and became a completely revitalized environment. The clients' expectation was to have a turnkey project and, while the resident closely followed each stage of the work, the wife chose to visit the site at some specific points, reserving herself to be surprised at the end, when everything was ready. The result exceeded expectations and renewed their satisfaction even further.

Even with different suppliers, the professionals sought a color palette that complemented each other, ensuring visual unity throughout the property. The Ubim side table, positioned next to the sofa, and the dining table are exclusive creations signed by the office, produced and sold by Estúdio Latino de Design. These pieces represent the functionality and elegance of the furniture, in addition to carrying with them the identity and unique style of the professionals. Developed with attention to detail and quality of materials, they stand out as distinctive elements in the environment, adding sophistication and personality to the decoration.
Every detail has been carefully selected to contribute to aesthetic cohesion. The purpose behind this approach is to invite residents and their visitors to immerse themselves in a cozy atmosphere where they feel connected to the space around them.
