Spire

Spire is a 440-foot tall, high-rise multifamily condominium tower that improves Seattle’s always expanding skyline while offering a lively and welcoming pedestrian environment at its base. The building is located within a small and complex site at the borders of Seattle’s Uptown, South Lake Union, Denny Triangle and Belltown neighborhoods. This sophisticated and thin tower acts as an architectural exclamation point to the junction of these fast-growing urban communities.

The towers design was inspired by Downtown Seattle’s recent boom in urban renewal, which is mostly taking place within Spire’s proximity. The tower responds to this specific environment and is intended to complement and enhance the renewal along 6th Avenue.
