A 25-unit residential complex featuring one- and two-bedroom apartments, designed with community living at its heart.
It is a sanctuary for disconnection—a true home. Aiming for maximum land density without sacrificing a comfortable and fulfilling lifestyle, the project spans five levels. Built on modular axes with a north-south orientation, the design achieves optimal natural ventilation and lighting throughout.
The internal walkways, flanked by lush gardens and interior courtyards, create a path bathed in light, offering a sense of freshness and visual harmony.
Crowing the building is the project's social hub: a suite of amenities designed for enjoyment, relaxation, and gathering, all while offering a privileged view of the city.
The material palette is neutral—a sophisticated combination of light-toned concrete and chukum (a traditional Mayan finish). This is contrasted by a green lattice-like skin that filters sunlight, ensures privacy for the residents, and provides the building with a bold, recognizable identity.
