Face the place. The place, the topography, the module structural and spatial organization system applied to housing in a row. The project is located in the city of Loja, Ecuador in the residential stay North, a place that allows us to be in contact with nature and the city.


With a terrain in positive slope ranging from 35% to 40% and with a potential on the Visual of the distant landscape decision was to work on terraces; Locate houses in the higher level on its neighboring fronts, with an implementation vacio-lleno - vacuum and its boundaries between landscape and architecture.


Three private homes are configured with a structural module of 6.00 concrete porches front 2 x 4.50 m m deep. Internal vertical circulation is an essential part of the system of spatial organization, as well as the wet Strip serving spaces that are defined with different actions by its use or activity.


Housing and actions: 1 External coverage: porches of reinforced concrete with walls of brick, coverage that defines the first limit; independence, the unique enclosure. 2. A space configured with the furnishings: the second limit, Permanent; the bathrooms, the kitchen and Harrow, the non-permanent; the closets. 3. Flexible, in use and limits. 4 Extends the internal outside spaces. 5. A dwelling which combines its boundaries between the forest and the city. 6. A dwelling with a system that may be repeated as many times you want and even with different building systems.
