Stylist’s Brief
This luxury apartment was styled with a vision of creating a space that is both glamorous and exuberant for our clients. The use of elaborate sculptures, statement artwork and elegant accessories – all added to make this space a carefully curated home. The clients were a young family and wanted a space that was well designed and styled. The overall vibe of the space had to be modern and contemporary but at the same time cozy and inviting with hints of quirkiness - making it the idealspace to entertain guests.

The formal living area was styled with a variety of curated accessories like crystal decorative objects, colorful glass vases and candle stands, metal statement sculpture and ceramic wall décor all tying in together to create a balanced but visually aesthetic space. We brought in a lot of character through the materials, textures, and patterns; mix and match of cushions paired with a simple and classic carpet to ensure that the design on the flooring was the focus. A quirky corner in the living room styled with objects with different texture and material was the perfect addition to complete the space. Even the long passages running through the home were highlighted with interesting range of artworks. From bold paintings, to a series of quirky wall art decor, to unique colored mirrors – that have brought character and movement to the space.

The heart of this home was the wrap-around balcony providing a 180-degree view of the cityscape that we wanted to make as the ideal spot to entertain guests. Styled a series of lush plants, planters, lanterns and fun pieces of decor throughout the outdoor deck, a statement vertical garden by the bar to make it the perfect place to grab your drinks, and to complete the look, a bold statement sculpture that simply adds the ‘wow’ factor to that outdoor deck.

Each of the bedrooms was decorated very differently based on each the client’s needs but keeping the overall theme the same – classy yet styled in an interesting way by using materials of different textures and colors to add character to these bedrooms. The use of subtle artwork, a combination of fun yet elegant accessories along with a selection of quirky carpets enabled us to create a harmonious look that complimented the panoramic views of lush greenery visible from all rooms. We gave each bathroom a unique look by accessorizing them with a variety of small sculptures, vases, decorative vanity boxes and entrancing artwork. A perfect mix of splendor and subtlety is what made this home a heavenly abode.

Architect’s Brief
The client brief for their new house was simple. They were looking for opulence and grandeur. We had designed their previous home so he could easily gauge their affinity towards fineness and luxury.

To put the thoughts into reality the team created a mood board of ideas combining art and elegance. When you look at the finish site what you see is a unique combination of flamboyance, peppy vibe with elegance. This house is a home for a family of four. Each of them belongs to a different age group. Each area exudes a different narrative yet keeping the main theme intact.

Keeping up with the current trend we have used the wall of emoji adding the young vibe in the foyer that welcomes the guest to the living room. Living room itself is an opulent space housing the specially curated bar unit, the marble flooring and the stone finish green glass chandelier. The hidden bar unit is an eclectic piece with wall art on the doors adding vibrancy and colour to the living room. The chandelier too is been curated to get this specific shade of green.

The Living Room connects the kitchen yet it's separated with a sliding door. To keep the family connected during a house party. The kitchen opens up to the breakfast table on its left which can be completely collapsed to get a view of the sea and can witness the beautiful horizon. It also houses the Bar B Que Unit and the Pizza Oven which one can enjoy overlooking the suburban skyline and the view of the sea. The dining area is completely convertible and can be opened for one to enjoy the view of the beautiful skyline.

The outdoor deck area is again been specially curated with collapsible Bar Unit and curated art work and installations to add the personal touch. You may look up to the night sky through a telescope and fancy the galaxy of stars from the deck here. A day bed is placed right at one end from where one can join the conversation happening in the bar. In this project we have used mirrors to add depth and design element.

You may look up to a beautiful chandelier and see your own reflection in the mirror on the ceiling that adds a completely different dimension in the master bedroom which is well ventilated with an attached washroom with a private open deck where you may enjoy a glass of wine on the tub and look at the Mumbai skyline too.

In this bedroom we have used the colour blue to amalgate the blue sky and the white clouds in their reflection during the day and the mysterious black for night. This room to has a cozy and comfy work area the much-needed space in today’s time
All the bedrooms open up to the beautiful skyline and is connected to washrooms with private deck and the outdoor deck is running all through.

This particular washroom comes with another unique design element. The washbasin, the mirror all are suspended from the ceiling. The wooden blinds are giving the much-needed privacy but one can enjoy the view opening it.

The washrooms here all have the privacy yet the luxury to look up to the sky. We have used different coloured theme for each one along with mood sensuous lightings. This project in itself is a story to be told and picture to behold.
