Atrium Villas

URLAUBSARCHITEKTUR | HOLIDAYARCHITECTURE as Association

The Atrium Villas are a three villa complex located on the Greek island of Skiathos. In keeping with the topography of the landscape, the villas follow a linear formation on a wooded hillside. Consisting of six sections in total, the building is mainly closed off to the north side and opens up towards the sea on the south side. Each villa contains two units: the main building (with an open living, dining and kitchen area, and two bedrooms) and an outbuilding (with two additional bedrooms). The buildings are connected by steel staircases and pergolas, the designs of which create a striking contrast to the thick stone walls. The partially covered courtyard between the buildings draws the living space out into the open air. Corner windows in the living room, and floor to ceiling windows in the bedrooms, offer expansive views of the beautiful coastline.

The villas are perfect for a holiday in the sunny south. The courtyard is like a second outdoor living room, each villa has a private pool and offers beautiful ocean views.
