The apartment is located on the eleventh floor of a building constructed starting from the 1950s behind Corso Magenta. Mainly facing East, it enjoys an unparalleled view of the CityLife complex and the Giuseppe Meazza stadium, extending all the way to the mountains.  

The main entrance has a marble floor based on the architects’ design, with slabs of white Carrara marble and Green Forest green inserts. It is separated from the spacious living area by a custom-designed wood and glass door, featuring an arch motif that echoes the shape of the original ceiling design of the home. Opening onto the entrance are a small guest bathroom with a Green Forest marble sink top and a coat closet, a custom design integrated into the wood paneling.  

Entering the living room, we find a double-sided Living Divani “Extra Soft” sofa in white and a plaster fireplace with an original brass joint. Beneath the large windows, furnished with custom bookshelves, is the Chaise longue à réglage designed by Le Corbusier in 1928 for Cassina.  

The dining table, also custom-designed, is entirely made of extra-clear glass with a polished, shaped, and beveled edge. Illuminating it are two Simbiosi pendant lamps by Davide Groppi mounted in continuity. Behind the table hangs a large painting by the artist Chiara del Vecchio depicting the Teatro alla Scala in Milan.  
The living room is the focal point of the home, from which the other spaces develop. On one side there is a large sleeping area with two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom, a spacious walk-in closet, and the master suite; on the other side, the service area with a kitchen.  

Both double bedrooms have a large wardrobe and a study area with custom-designed desks. The master bedroom was designed as the most private area of the house, featuring a walk-through walk-in closet leading to a private bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie.
