The project is the result of an analysis that responds to the typology of a semi-detached closed block, a building between party walls resulting from a combination of sustainable choice of materials with a good proposal of economic viability. It consists of four floors plus basement in which it is designed with the intention of giving the maximum possible space to the dwellings.
The building, with a CLT type wooden structure, consists of three parts: a plinth where the access, maintenance rooms, general staircase and four surface parking spaces are located, a central body with the standard dwellings and a recessed upper body that houses two attics. The roof is protected by an extensive ecological system due to its minimal maintenance requirements.
The elevation to the street consists of a modulation in which, bearing in mind the language of the adjacent buildings, gives order to the facade. The innovative finishing material, with Equitone-type panels, helps to eliminate pollutants from the air by means of a photocatalytic treatment.
