The façade brings together diverse architectural expressions into a unified composition. Staggered windows, varying heights, and a striking central shading element create a dynamic visual rhythm, while elegantly bridging two distinct volumes with separate functions. The result is a façade that feels both layered and cohesive, contemporary yet timeless.
Guided by the principle of openness, the home is designed to embrace natural light and cross-ventilation from all sides. Its proximity to a public park further strengthens this connection with nature, allowing the surrounding landscape to become an integral part of the living experience. Large openings and carefully framed views blur the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, creating spaces that feel expansive, airy, and deeply connected to their environment.
The interior follows a fluid linear planning approach, encouraging seamless movement and visual continuity throughout the home. Each space flows naturally into the next, fostering a sense of togetherness while thoughtfully accommodating moments of privacy. At the heart of the residence stands a sculptural cantilevered staircase that appears to float effortlessly within the space. The terrace extends the architectural narrative through a linear, dual-level design that offers panoramic views on three sides.
