The client of this project is a housing development company, Inmobiliaria Dos Plazas, who want us to collaborate in the design of a series of housing in order to attack the problem of social housing in Mexico offering greater quality and design that will make families proud of living in it. B1 project is conceptualized in a synergy of work with its way of building, which consists of a constructive system based on concrete molds that allows the design to be modulable and replicable.

This system begins with a foot of house of 68 m2 known as Basic Model, which has the necessary spaces so that a family can live in a dignified way; Kitchen, living room, 1 ½ bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. It has the capacity to add supplementary modules to make the house expand to 80 m2 making it the Basic S Model that includes a second bathroom and laundry. Likewise with the opportunity to add more modules it could grow up to 98 m2 becoming the Full Model, incorporating a third bedroom on another level.

This design model promotes economic accessibility and versatility to the user by modifying the modules depending on their needs and grow. The house proposes a timeless design with open spaces and a large garden that generates good ventilation inside the modules.

This project will be located in the state of Guanajuato, México and it's designed to be a serial construction. The advantage of this design is the versatility, making it adaptable to any site.
