Complete unfinished
It is a plan for interior design of a bakery in Sakaechou, Higashimurayama. The owner was a young couple with high sensitivity to interior and fashion. The request was that they wanted a space that was simple and made use of the white and concrete texture, and that construction costs were to be kept as low as possible. Bakeries are large in size and require a wide variety of equipment, so the kitchen area occupies most of the tenant area. Although the sales area is small, the ceiling height is about 3.5m as represented by the box.
Therefore, there are two operations that have been performed in this small space, while the space in the open height direction is utilized, the ceiling level is controlled, the scale is tuned, and the sensibility of the owner even after the store opens. It is to apply a mechanism that can be easily expanded.
The grid ceiling was set to a level of CH2.5m to achieve both tuning of the scale and a feeling of openness in the height direction. At the same time, the lattice ceiling hangs dried flowers and objects so that the sales space can be edited according to the season and taste. In addition, a perforated board is installed on the wall, and the store interior can be expanded easily by adding shelves and fryer storage. For various finishes, using white painted walls, existing concrete frame, solid cedar wood, china plywood, lauan plywood, and carefully laying out and laying out the place where it should be, it is inorganic. It creates a store space that includes the warmth and warmth.
After exploring the client's request and limited construction costs and experiencing the designed space, there was a tuned incomplete space. This unfinished space will stimulate the sensibility of the owners. I sincerely hope that this space will continue to be upgraded by the owners forever.
