That was the starting point for Studio Stockholm as they were commissioned by Scius Partners to develop the property Skjutgossen 12 at the heart of Södermalm. With a focus on creating a cross-border and welcoming venue, Skjutgossen 12, or Batteriet, now has the potential to become an ultramodern office building – a creative hub in an urban environment with room for both inspiration and recovery. With concierge services in the colorful lobby, an energizing gaming lounge, a fully equipped gym, a verdant courtyard, a high-profile restaurant, and a rooftop bar with a stunning view, Batteriet truly encapsulates the needs and requirements of modern tenants while at the same strengthening the attractiveness of the neighborhood.
