When this large Swedish fintech company – a company that despite the pandemic has seen substantial growth in recent years, and that continues to expand into new markets – was looking for a strategic partner for the development of their office premises globally, they turned to Studio Stockholm.  The collaboration began in the beginning of 2020 and covers all stages of the process – from strategy and analysis to planning and implementation in all markets. Ultimately, the assignment consists of two parts in total: the first is conceptualizing and repositioning the company’s brand, and the second is optimizing workspaces in a way that supports the company’s operating model with a particular emphasis on an advanced model for an agile way of working.

The work to implement the new concept is still ongoing, but parts of the company’s premises in central Stockholm were recently completed. Here, the result is a solution that strengthens the company’s already powerful brand, an environment in which the perceived effectiveness among employees is extremely high, and a product to use globally both creatively and in terms of ways of working.

Close collaboration with the company’s branding department to work in line with their brand and vision at every step.
In-depth analysis of the brand and working practices, including a large employee survey and fine-tuned pilot projects.
Enhancing cost-effective solutions with the company choosing to build in-house, rather than having the property owner do the renovations.
Emphasizing art projects to create the right sentiment, producing unique items.

Result
A re-branding of the company’s physical environment and thus a solution that now strengthens the company’s already powerful brand.
