This house is built on a land located a few steps away from the sea and surrounded by a huge coniferous forest. To recognize this privileged condition was determinant. The house is organized in half levels, where the first two come along with de natural ground slope. On the lowest level its located the garage and service entrance, half a level above are arranged the 3 bedrooms for the family and two bathrooms, one in suite, and proposes an exterior gallery to take advantage of the magnificent views of the sea and woods. On this level the plant breaks its orthogonal line granting to every room the sea views. Going up another half level, over the garage, it located the guest room in suite, away from the other bedrooms, seeking to maintain intimacy of the family, and on the highest level are located the living, dining room and kitchen, with two terraces, looking at front and back, to exploit the large views to the sea and woods in each case. The interior stairs connects all level, and its stands out for its strong shape, creating an important volume coated in stone from which the other volumes are detached. The exterior stair is made in concrete, and allows direct access to de social floor.

This construction is made with traditional material and technologies. The structure is made in concrete with slabs in the floors and roof, and the walls are doubles of ceramic bricks. The enclosure is PVC with double glass, increasing the thermal and acoustic isolation.
