The space has been designed for collaborative working and optimised for hot desking. People in disciplines as diverse as Creative, Media, Strategy and Production can sit together and reap the benefits of sharing specialist knowledge – the so called ‘Atomic soup’ that The Beyond Collective creates. The business thrives on the encounters encouraged by our co-working interior. Teams interact in new ways and develop their skills and new opportunities.
By dividing the space into Support spaces and Work hall, we created the most collaborative area possible. Work tables that echo the wedge shape of the building are positioned within the main space with walkways at either side. This drives footfall down two pathways encouraging serendipitous encounters.
The Perch, a bespoke shared worktable, is available for gatherings with large areas given over to work review and presentation. Smart space planning combined with bespoke designed furniture has created a workspace for the future of collective working.
