• Interiors have been designed keeping in mind the multicultural background of the family: Kashmir and Kanpur based.
• Also, the Client has her brand of Clothing Aavaran (now Rare Minimal), associated with her, where they use Indian fabrics to create contemporary clothing. On these lines, we created a contemporary ambiance with Indian roots.
• 2 terraces were enclosed to make the living area and bedroom larger.
• Agro-wood Joists have been used for staircase railings and false ceiling treatment, creating a pattern through the house.
• CNC cut MDF and M.S Jaalis have been used on the main door, railing and light fittings, creating the intricate work seen in Kashmir.

  • Flooring: Stone flooring used
  • Dropped ceiling: 100MM gypsum dropped ceiling used in the house, agrowood joists used as highlights
  • Lighting: Concealed ceiling lights and accent lights
  • Wall punning and painting done
  • Feature wall brick cladding
  • Carpentered Furniture: Kitchen, beds, wardrobes, TV unit, Reading nook, Partitions, staircase railing
  • Utility balcony created
  • Plumbing fixtures were changed
  • Dado and flooring in washroom: Vitrified, non-skid tiles
  • Fabrication work to enclose terraces.

  • Artwork: Commissioned art-work for the project was a full-height mirror that was painted as per the theme of the house.
  • Lippan-art work frame was created using coin collection from the Client.
  • Upholstery was procured locally, selected to work with the multicultural background of the Client.
