Physical Spatial - Doubling of the village of Vijfhuizen by extending the urban fabric, but with a much higher density.
Expected uses - Seamless tenure of social and market housing, Dwellings for mix of middle and higher income families for rent and for sale.
Transport and Access - The project forms the first phase of a large VINEX urban plan for 700 new dwellings and the large-scale garden event Floriade. For this development a new highway and a fast public transport system has been made, which provides an envisioned access to the project.
Parking - Every house has a parking space on it’s own plot.
Pollution - none but in close proximity to Schipol international airport
