The plan not only revitalizes the evilly reputed spot, but also preserves its valuable trees and connects the market hall and the square. In order to keep the old, rare trees, partly mining methods were used in the constructing. Two above-ground edifices were built: the escalator arrives in one, while the lifts and the stairway are located in the other building. The two visible reinforced concrete skeletons stand back-to-back, their 2 and 30 degrees (the same as the angle of inclination of the escalator) cantilevered roofs pitch towards each other. A pool is placed between the two buildings, in the middle of the square. It was managed to cease the leg in front of the market hall, where a multifunctional, paved square could be built with an underground car park underneath.
