The residential project in question, with 40 housing units, which will be located in the administrative region of Samambaia, had as its starting point the sky horizon of Brasília. For architecture, housing is synonymous with city, just as large-scale housing is one of the basic elements in the constitution of an egalitarian city. We searched for a project model that was comprehensive and could be replicated economically and objectively for all batches, being adjusted According to the legislative requirements of each land, access and topography. The set was composed of three square typologies that make up a game of arrangement of varied views, in order to better suit the sunshine, ventilation, view, configuration and qualification of public areas. Each floor has five units. The idea of not having "blind gables" contributes to the city as Which connects all the facades of the building with the street and its surroundings, becoming the differential in architecture. The design of the ground floor is the most complex point of this project, as complying with the legislation regarding the number of vacancies required and the construction of a social space, are important premises, thus, a free ground floor has been proposed, which can be Adapted to the needs of the residents, and a multipurpose hall. We came to the conclusion that we should search the topography for the solution to balance the financial viability by building the lower ground floor (parking), and so we propose the level of the upper ground floor above 95cm from the street level. The use of topography was thought in the rational and economic sense for the place, the proposed earth movements are small and they use this one for the implementation of the two-level upper ground floor.
