The total area of the building is 1.800m2, there are two flats, one duplex (some pics of interior I also send), commercial space and underground garage.

The challenge was to fit the building into a very complex plot (both in shape and leveling) but that was also the main inspiration for the design of such

a building.

Flats are very commodious - full of natural light.

The lower part of facade is in the natural marble "Pietro Grigio" and the upper part of fasade are covered with aluminium verticals (wood pattern) which

best follow the shape of the building.
