davide coluzzi DAZ as Architects

A warm atmosphere where the elements are combined together in harmony, the project is a burger bar with the distinction of serving healthy food. The authenticity of the food was of inspiration to the project in fact all the elements which make the architecture are made Handmade with natural materials. The local develops in length obtaining the kitchen and services on a lateral band to make the best stained glass windows on two opposite sides, there is a continuity between inside and outside of the project. The core of the project is the bar that generates a horizontal line on the perimeter of the room, the wood paneling is intertwined with elegantly decorations of ceramics. The kitchen is connected to the room with a serving hatch on the back of the bench to facilitate the service. The ambiance is warm and cozy thanks to the natural oak parquet and lacquered wood paneling, everything is enhanced by decorative ceramics which make a path that bisects the room environments, this in order to eliminate the tunnel effect, to give more spatiality and also to define two different atmospheres day / night. All the furnishings were designed by the architect David Coluzzi DAZ studio. The table has a metal base that holds a round top wood covered parquet floors and majolica. The stools have a vintage design and are made entirely of metal covered in faux leather, are characterized by comfortable backrest to allow the consummation of the room even to the bench. The cushioned benches have a basic yet are entirely created by hand. The lamps are chosen with the intention to give a touch industrial that is highlighted by the design of the ventilation system in view of polished steel. The ventilation system is designed to serve the entire room with air conditioning and through a heat exchanger does not lose the temperature gained in several changes of air. The project realized exalts the existing architecture of the historic city of Potenza and gives a sense of continuity between inside and outside, the large windows give life to a small vertical garden with aromatic plants and an olive tree planted at the entrance.
