The building is intended to host, during the start-up period, new business ventures runned by local young entrepreneurs. It looks like externally to be box-shaped, nevertheless as we turn the front corner, the unexpected detachment of the rectilinear façade creates a mysterious curved wall, that lead the passerby along his way. The perspective seems to be endless when, suddenly, the wall finishes disclosing the large double height full-length window. The massive volumetric composition breaks down, owing to the opened perspectives, into big planes, producing inside the building some specials light reflections. With regard to the layout, the building is defined into two functional blocks: the productive area, grey, curved, with double height, and the service area, in white, similar to a rectangular-shaped plan turret. On the top roof has been placed a photovoltaic equipment.
