The proposal of the Campo Belo apartment project is to create a space on the balcony, as an extension of the house, integrating, connecting, comfortable, functional and refined. To achieve this goal, we use different materials and colors, different vegetation, lighting scenarios and decorative elements of great importance to customers.
The wooden slatted roof of the porch follows the same shape in plan and before its execution we carried out several insolation studies. We seek the integration and connection of the home from the gourmet space, transforming the environment into coziness, contemplation and perfect for entertaining family and friends. The roof with the pergola in wood and glass, allows natural light to enter, allowing residents to walk through the space feeling the balance and harmony of the place.
In the kitchen, we made changes with a new carpentry project for the environment – but respecting the colors of the existing wall coverings and which customers chose not to change. As for the office, functional furniture was designed and met the family's needs.
The project was designed to the smallest detail to experience and provide residents and visitors with memories and important moments.
