The project is a small family house of 84 m2, located in a neighborhood near the Sierras Chicas de Córdoba. The regular lot of 10 meters in front and 30 meters long had a particularity that for me was undoubtedly the starting point of the intervention. I am referring to a forest of "evergreens", a kind of low valuation, but that generated a place that invited me to stay. The intention was to give value to that forest and to transfer the spatiality that was generated to the interior of the house.

The program is compact and is developed on one floor. It is composed of a living-dining room, kitchen, laundry room, main bathroom and 2 bedrooms. All spaces maintain a frank contact with the exterior. In addition, there are 2 interior patios surrounding the social space, one of which accompanies the entrance to the house. It acts as a filter between the public (street) and the private (the interior of the house), allowing great privacy and welcoming those who enter.

The white architecture remains respectful of the environment and is perforated to give way to the vegetation, which configures the interior space from the implementation of housing.
