The “C.A.N.O.B Jorge B. Griffa Sports Services” building is developed in 2230 m2, of which 270 m2 are semi-covered spaces, a free ground floor, four multifunctional stories and a common use terrace.

The project, built in the “Bella Vista” premises was concluded in 2016. However, the initial project proposals began to develop at the architecture studio “La Fundación” in august 2012. At this point, nearly fifty projects and works related to the request were evaluated in order to determine the accurate forms of organization, and the functional, dimensional and spatial building connections needed. The building comprises nine clearly differentiated program items:

1.0. General Spaces
They hold the building main entrance, for team members as well as casual visitors. It is the most “open” layer of the building: the checkpoint and the lodge can be find here, acting as organizers and filters by giving access to the reception room.

2.0. Management Spaces
These spaces take in activities related to the Services Building correct procedure, such as staff organization activities, purchases, occasional events and responding to the team requests. They are proposed in direct connection to the main entrance hall, trough the lodge.

3.0. Services Spaces
This is the internal logistics area, where the kitchen and food preservation and storage area are organized. This area considers exclusive and independent access, verifying a clear connection to the outdoors, simplifying the reception of goods and supplies, as well as the exit of equipment and waste.

3.1. Internal Staff Spaces
This area was conceived to satisfy the employees' specific needs, such as locker rooms, bathrooms and room to rest. It is directly linked with the Services Spaces, becoming a unique block.

4.0. Infrastructure Spaces
These spaces accommodate the arrival and distribution of energy and water supply, thermal conditioning and sanitation. The proposal was carefully examine in order to obtain simple and efficient paths facilitating easy access and regular maintenance.

5.0. Leisure, planning and entertainment spaces
These are the places arranged for the professional team and its coaching staff interaction: common spaces for leisure time activities but also for preparing for the competition. It establishes a clear connection between two different areas of the building: the bedrooms and the sports management building. They feature a dining area-bar, a playroom, a living room and a multi-purpose and video room.

6.0. Sports management spaces
These spaces are destined to facilitate the proper development of sports planning tasks for the first team coach and his coaching staff. Here are grouped the individual and collective offices, with their own services. It was also bearded in mind that the coach's office and his bedroom were in straight connection.

7.0. Exclusive Spaces for Team members and Coaching Staff
This is the team members and coaching staff's bedrooms area, related to private activities, resting, and possible individual isolation. The bedrooms have restricted access, based on distinguishable circulations. Their general typology was defined as a double cell, with a private restroom, storage area and desk.

8.0. External Accessibility Spaces
The premises characteristic accessibility led to consider massive access of motorized vehicles, especially private cars and medium-sized trucks, which enables the necessary logistics of building performing, and buses that transport the professional squad during its trips.

9.0. Landscaping and Outdoors Spaces
These are the premises green spaces. Three different areas were proposed: a green area, linked with the parking lot, where a water retarder was located -a construction which avoids the rainwater saturation on the first team premises-; a play and encounter area (where two ping-pong tables were installed, a bocce court, benches and a minigolf); and, finally, a more playful and contemplative green space.
