The threatening framework of a village barn is replaced by a new agricultural shed clad in polycarbonate. The large volume free of any carrier is preserved, without the penumbra. An intermediate floor is then created: a dense frame of turned columns and the rustic ceiling which build the authentic decorum of the new village bakery. The grid also makes it possible to anticipate substantial operating costs upstairs for indefinite future use.
