This apartment, with the feel of a house, features a veranda with a pool on the same floor as the social area. The central premise of the design was the harmonious integration of spaces. In the gourmet area, the barbecue is strategically positioned near the veranda, meeting the daily needs in a practical way while staying connected to the rest of the house. In the outdoor area, we created a cozy atmosphere by incorporating a vertical garden with a central fireplace, surrounded by a seating area with armchairs.
Natural materials also play a prominent role in this project. The building already showcased exposed concrete elements, and we complemented this feature with the abundant use of wood, creating a balance between materials that brings a sense of warmth to the spaces. Natural light and cross-ventilation enhance the sense of well-being, making these environments even more pleasant.
In addition to concrete and wood, natural stones were carefully selected, contributing to the project's unique personality, which is defined by practicality and minimalism.
The private quarters are situated on the apartment's second floor, comprising the master suite, children's bedroom, and guest room. The master suite not only offers spacious circulation areas but also includes a closet and an office. Its bathroom is designed for indulging in relaxing moments
