Discreetly positioned, the project presents a reserved façade to the outside, revealing only a single terrace that faces the street—an intentional gesture of landscaping that softly complements the overall composition of the house.

Inside, the house is organized around two patios. One, the entrance vestibule, welcomes guests and acts as a transitional space between the public exterior and the private interior. The other, a service patio, concentrates utilities such as equipment, laundry, and installations, allowing the rest of the exterior areas, like the garden and terraces, to be fully dedicated to leisure and contemplation.

With an architecture stripped of ornamentation and decorative elements, the design highlights the interplay between solid masonry and the ever-changing patterns of light and shadow cast through its openings. This relationship enriches the interior with atmospheres that support both functionality and a sense of calm spatial rhythm.
