Spektro Studio Architecture as Architects

Regarding expected: an appropriate mix between atmosphere and space created the House "Sonia Environment". A tribute to a customer passion for nature and the fruit thereof; motivation to understand and give quality of life as needed.

The outcome resulted in an important link between architectural approach and the weight of the environment for its unique features. The design was shaping in relation to the factors of the area and this essence in the environment and green spaces in a rural context.

The analysis result gives us a space divided into two modules: a master bedroom integrated into the social area and another area visiting rooms. The latter has three rooms with bathroom, each with a private terrace. Among the rooms an extra room for children is located.

In the social area is integrated into the kitchen, which in turn are attached to the main terrace where most of the activities developed by being attached to the pool room. These spaces are linked to the master bedroom and one person who regularly inhabits the dwelling unit; this highlights the importance of having a dynamic function with the most used spaces. The master bedroom consists of a bathroom designed for an inclusive accessibility linked to the dressing room, a small work area with a relaxation space and a private terrace.

The link between these modules composes a multifunctional room and views the bathroom next to the lobby which is the meeting point for all spaces as joint entity.

In a response to climatic factors of the area which is very hot, handle considerable heights in the main and sleeping spaces. At the same time in different areas crossed through a planned orientation ventilations sought. the use of large decks to mitigate the effect of the sun's path but in turn using its active slope to incorporate energy-saving strategies established.

I was looking to take advantage of the visual environment through large windows which integrate space and cause a sense of relaxation, other than by opening serves as thermal control. The house was conceptualized as a multifunctional, daily home, a holiday home, a home for family gatherings, so their contemporary forms and lighting set the tone by use.
